If the fuse is OK then if there must be three things you can check up.
Put in a glass of water, set the time to about 3 minutes and switch ON in low power .
Now take care when touching the circuits as there can be high voltage and it is not recomended for a novice to do this work as in the presence of microwave there is danger of burning or skin damage.
Check the Magnetron and the capacitor along the circuit. make sure the transformer is connected and the inline fuse is OK.
make sure that the limit switch of the door is correct. If not open and close for the switch to latch on so that the ccircuit completes for switching the microwave.
Next finally check on the TOC- temperature cut offf contact- a small round component on the side of the cabin.
