Hi,

Please pay attention to the following things:

1. Is your Memory card having sufficient memory available?
2. Is your memory device with sufficient memory set as the current device under use?
3. What about your blue tooth settings...are they set to enable you to reveive files from 'ALL'?
4. Have you set your bluetooth identity correctly?
5. Is the other fellow who is using it having proper settings?...Have you tried with some other people (friends)?
6. If you are connecting to ur PC (not to other mobiles), ... it may be due to incompatible bluetooth driver (OR) incompatible OS (OR) some typical installation problem...Try correcting these by re-installing the bluetooth module in your PC (after clean uninstallation)
7. Go to nearest nokia service point and update the firmware :)

I hope that this solves your problem

Bye

Have a nice day

:)

My nokia 7210 is attecked by hacker through bluettoh.he/she is now browisng using my gprs.how can I resolve this?pleas help me yar

Hello,

If someone is using your gprs to browse through the bluetooth device, all you have to do is to turn off your bluetooth.

You can also deny the persons access to your phone by going to your bluetooth option, search for the hackers bluetooth name and deny him/her the access to recieve or send any file to your phone.

You can aswell type ##002# and send.

Another way is to turn off your phone and turn it on back after some minutes.

Always ensure your bluetooth device is always off.

Take care

Bluetooth problem

your bluetooth connectivity was set to "hidden to others". to be able to receive, you must turn it on and select the option "show to all".

It is advisable that you always turn your bluetooth off or hidden mode to prevent infection by mobile viruses due to bluetooth jacking.

hope I helped you solve your problem.
