Downlooad driver for intel v.92 modem

i have a pentum3 with vista systeme exploitation.i must recognise the heavy state of my machine.i installed a conexant modem with driver unsuccessfuly.but the pc got a modem v.92 on supply without driver.i'm trying to download a suitable one as to reinstal it for good.thanks.

Try any of the Vista drivers, but I'd start with this one:
