I believe there is some problem with your Camera software which is installed in your PC. First, Uninstall the existing camera software & download new one from here, Restart your PC & install it.

I hope this will solve your problem,

Good luck & have a nice day

I moved recently, and I also bought a new computer...Long story short I can not find my down load disk,to install my pics onto my new computer...Is there a place i can purchase a new disk to upload...

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Clara, attach the data cable that came with the camera to the camera and the PC. the PC will immediately recognize your camrea and load its drivers. it will open a window asking you what to do next. it will also give you an option whereby you can either remove the pics from the camera otr let stay there. select the pictures that you want to xfer to the PC and send them by email. alternatively you can select all to get all pics on your PC.

How do I download pics from memory card? what software is needed? polaroid sd 1gb

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Your can directly download the pictures from the camera to the PC by connecting it with a USB cable supplied with your camera.

Also, you can download the pictures using a card reader. Remove the SD card from the camera, insert it in the card reader and connect the card reader to the PC. Your card will be displayed as "Removable disc" in My Computer. You can open and view/copy pictures by double-clicking on the "removable disk" icon in My Computer.
Hope this solves your problem. For more help and clarifications, please reply to this post. Thanks

Downloading is an issue

You shouldn't need flash player to download pictures...

Your digital camera's storage device should show up as a disk drive on your PC when it is connected. You should be able to just manually browse to your pictures as if you were browsing your C drive.

If your camera does not show up as a new disk drive, you may want to get a card reader (20 bux or less) and use that.

The software that comes with most digital cameras is notoriusly flaky.

I took the scan disk out of the voyager to copy to my pc

To be able to do this you have to plug it back in then go to My computer. It should come up under removable storage. After that copy the files and paste them on your computer. Once you double click the picture you can see them.

Wish to load my pic to ebay , from my canon pro1 camera

1.connect cam via usb link and check your cam.your cam will show option choose "data storage".the other options will need a software to be installed in the pc.
2.find the icon in my computer or at the right lower side of the monitor/screen which confirms the camera is connected. This will show the "drive"
3.click on the "drive"...until it shows the letters DCIM.
4 click again and now will show all the pictures on the camera.
5. choose what picture you like to upload from your cam to pc. you can also choose all of them.
6. if your done transfering your pictures to your pc you can now upload pictures to your ebay.
just click upload from your ebay profile.
7. then a "browse" will appear. cllick browse and find the folder where you save the pictures you have loaded from the cam to pc, and click okey/open.
8. check your ebay to confirm that the picture has been loaded.

this is the other way to load pictures from your cam to pc:

youll need a card reader hooked up to your computer via a USB and your memory card.
If required, youll load your memory card into the card reader. Your digital media will appear as another drive on your computer. Click the drive and your photos will appear in a folder on the drive. You can view your pictures immediately by double-clicking the file. From here, you can save your pictures directly to any folder on your computer.

i hope iwas able to help you! good luck!
