Since it is telling that it does not get the signal form PC, you should try it on another PC frst, if it still does not work then you will have to open it up and inspect the inside. It may have bad solder joints or bad logic board.

Suburban won't start, bought a new battery but does no thing, when jump started it stays running until it is shut off and will not start again

If you can jump start it and it stays running....I am assuming that you connect the Jumper Cable Ground to something other than your battery. If so, Your negative battery cable is suspect. Check both ends for ANY corrosion or loose connections.

Hi i have a compaq c7oo laptop it starts up fine but if you try and adjust the monitor it turns dark i have had an external monitor connected to it but it stays on while the laptop monitor goes dark if i...

In all likely hood, you have a loose connection or a worn LCD cable. This is a common failure in all laptops. If it is a loose connection, re-seating the connectors on both ends of the cable will cure this. If the cable has broken wires in it, it will have to be replaced. i would suggest a knowledgeable person or pro to tackle this for you.

If you cant get into the setup menu then I would think the monitor is defective, you did not state if you hooked up the monitor to a computer that has a vga port that works.

I have a 20 sceptre widescreen lcd monitor

Have you tried any other monitor connected to your computer since your current problem? Check your connections, make sure your VGA cable/DVI cable are in good condition. If none of that works try to RMA it to sceptre if your still within the 1 year period.

Monitor signal cable troubleshooting

hi, there is some loose contact in the connection. Take out the cable end from the VGA socket and check the pins inside the socket for any bend inside the socket. Reconnect it, tight the connector with the socket bolts. If not solved, try for any loose solder or wire breake.
Thank you

See the link below. White cable is better than blue. Don't connect both!
