Question about Refrigerators
There is air getting into the freezer from where the ice and water come out. The problem is probably the solenoid that controls the flapper for your ice. Open your freezer and try and look through the flapper and see if its open. If it is check and see what the problem is. If the solenoid is corroded and looks bad replace it. If the mount where the flapper goes is broken replace that.
