Question about Kenwood KVT-717DVD Car DVD Player
I ordered the kenwood headunit off Ebay as well as the Sirius adapter for it. On the hideaway unit there's no slot indicated for the sirius radio. Do I just plug it into the RGB slot where I'd plug the ipod into? The only other RGB slot is for the Navigation area. Please help.
You can try it, but I think you might need a media expander/controller. I see some going for around $100 on Ebay. It allows you to add and interface many component to your deck. But make sure the deck ready to control it. You can tell by the label on the deck(Ipod ready, XM ready, Sirius ready, Changer ready....ect). Goodluck.
