Question about PC Desktops

1 Answer

I have a Logitech mini cordless optical mouse for a notebook. The batteries seem to be running low. I presume a part of the back cover can come off and batteries can be replaced. I cannot seem to remove a part of the back cover. How is this to be done?

There's a silver button on the rear of the mouse. Press deep and the palm cover pops off.

Don't know the model, but it's a LOGITECH optical cordless mouse for a laptop, and I can't remove its battery cover.

It should have a little button on the bottom of the side that is closest to you. Push it in and the cover should lift up.

Change batteries in my wireless mouse

There should be a battery compartment on the bottom of your mouse. It might have a small screw holding it in place. Open & remove old battery, replace with fresh battery. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

I cann't figure out how to install battery on my logitech optical mouse. can any one help me pls ?

There should be a small sliding cover on the bottom of the mouse, it should have a couple of small arrows indicating which way to slide the cover. You will need either AA or AAA batteries.

I bought a Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks-V220 to replace my cordless Microsoft Mouse. The P/N is 630-000031 Rev.002, but it will not download it says it is already used?? How can I get it...

First U have to uninstall any programs installed by first mouse... control panel - add/remove programs.
Leave the new mouse attached.
Then U have to uninstall the old wireless mouse device...
control panel - system - hardware - devices
Reboot... when it detects the device, load the driver for the new mouse from the new mouse cd.
U can load any programs U want from the new mouse cd after insuring the mouse works.

Have you uninstalled it and then reinstalled it? Try downloading the most recent version software online. If you can't download the software, you might have other issues!
