Print some colored pages and check which color is light.Then you have a toner supply problem for that color imaging section.

Try a fine line adjustment (Service tech needed), maybe even a color alighnment, again by tech Worst case a transferbelt needed.

problematic machine. transfer belt damaged(white spots ) for temp fix try manual registration from menu
