You camera is running off of the internal memory the camera manufacture does not give you much to play with. If you have a memory card in the camera and are still having the same issue going to the setup menu and find memory and set it to auto this will allow the camera to use the memory chip and used the internal memory when it is out. some times you can do a camera reset and it will correct most of the issues.

You might have to make one yourself, not hard if you are handy. Fuji one was $35, made mine for about $15.
I live in the Orlando area and there is a store called Skycraft that stocks surplus everything. I bought a DC convertor for $12, then a connection adaptor pack to go to the camera. You have to find the operating voltage from the manual, I think mine was 3.5, they are adjustable, make sure of the positive and negative terminals and you can make your own.
You can also get these things at Best Buy also.
