I purchased a make-up kit about two weeks ago and already the box is not closing. This was an expensive purchase and I was looking forward to having this nice travel kit and in less than two weeks and only two uses, the box is not closing and could not be used to travel.

Usually, you can see if the seller has already shipped the item, and if there is a tracking number associated with the purchase.

If you have already paid for the item (2 weeks ago), and the seller hasn't shipped it (... as shown in the item status info), send an inquiry eBay message to the seller (using the Action drop-down menu - contact seller) .... to find out if & when it has been sent.
If it is an international sale/shipment, it may take longer to get it, as indicated in the shipping time estimates provided (with the item info).
Yes, some sellers don't send their items out too quickly.
And if you don't hear from the seller or still hasn't received it in 3 weeks, you'll want to open a case ... to get eBay to intervene on your behalf . The case must be open within 4 weeks of purchase.

Hey Roz, sorry to disappoint you..BUT, there is no way for any of us to know how to remedy your situation,,, the person you are buying from on ebay should be glad to hep you,, contact the seller and talk to them, it can be worked out... (ALWAYS check the FEEDBACK ratings of any seller.. if they are NOT 100% .. take a CLOSE look at the negative feedback comments).. BE CAREFUL!! ITS YOUR MONEY!!! Sorry and good luck!!

If you purchased it new from a trustworthy retailer just 3 months ago, and are already getting red-ringed, then send it into Microsoft ASAP. The warranty should still be good on it if it was indeed purchased new, and they will fix it or send you a new Xbox depending on the status of the problem. If it's purchased used or from a 3rd party-then you are out of luck and need to get a repair kit, take it to a professional for repair, or get a new Xbox. Usually with the older versions, not getting enough ventilation is due to the fan being placed too close to the motherboard, and the board overheats because not enough air can be drawn through. Get it exchanged if possible.

If the lights on your sub box aren't coming on it's either your ground of power wire came loose or the transformer blew. As for the subs, make sure all the connections are good, especially on your RCA wires. If your amp is getting power, then check your speaker connections. Also, make sure to turn the gain know up. The gain knob is located next to the RCA input on the amp. Let me know if this helps.

If you already have a dryer receptical/plug then look at it closely and you can purchase a receptical/plug at a Home Depot type store or your local hardware store.

I would contact the seller immediately. Since you purchased the headphones from an online retailer, they have your purchase in their records. Especially since the transaction was so recent. I would repackage the headphones, contact their customer service either via email or, if possible, phone, and ask them if they will exchange the headphones for a working set. Since it is still under warranty you should not have too much trouble getting this fixed.

I researched this for you in my data base. Man, this is a new unit. It suggested to use a IC13B.kit. The best price I found is at http://www.hhgregg.com/ProductDetail.asp?productId=23004 they are asking $59.97 plus shipping or if there is a hhgreg around, you can save shipping but will then pay tax. This is a brand new kit and I have not seen one of these yet. From what information I can find, it does come with every thing you will need to install in your unit.
Just a reminder.
Don't forget the water supply. If your replacing a fridge that had a ice maker or water in door. you will already have a supply. If you are going to have to run one, I suggest that you spend the extra few dollars and get the copper rather than the vinyl set. Good luck.

You can go to any Best Buy and go to Customer Service. They'll be able to look up if you purchased their PRP. If you did purchase this plan, they'll be able to exchange the unit for you on the spot.

Unfortunately, if you didn't go with the plan, you might have to contact Microsoft support and ship out the Xbox for a few weeks to get repaired.
