Step1>Try to log in the web page(website) in another browser.(Just like Internet explorer is a browser, similarly Firefox is another browser), therefore try firefox instead of Internet explorer . Firefox is free , you can download it from here ...

Click Sites, type the URL of the site you want to add in the Add this Web site to the zone box.

Click Add, click the OK button, and then click the Apply button.

Verify Internet Explorer Is Using 128-Bit Encryption
- In Internet Explorer, on the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer.
- The level of encryption on your computer appears next to the words Cipher Strength.
- Verify that the Cipher Strength value appears as 128-bit.
- Click the OK button.
Step4>
Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Slate and AutoComplete History
To clear the SSL slate and AutoComplete History:

Launch Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Content tab.

Click the Certificates tab, and then click Clear SSL State.

When the message SSL Cache Successfully Cleared appears, click OK.

Click the Personal Information option, and then click AutoComplete.

Under Clear AutoComplete History, click Clear Forms.

When a confirmation window appears, click OK.

Click Clear Passwords.

When a confirmation prompt appears, click the OK button.

Click OK two more times to close the Internet Options window.

Verify that Internet Explorer is Configured to Use SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0
- In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
- In the Settings box, scroll to the Security menu.
- Click to select the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 checkboxes (if they are not already selected).
- Click the OK button.
