Question about Compaq Evo N610C Notebook
How do I disable the touch pad. there's no facility for doing this under controlpanel/mouse
The touchpad should be able to be disabled through the BIOS.
Restart the computer, then push F10 to access the BIOS - if F10 doesn't work, try the other function keys and possibly the ESC key. You should find the option to disable the touch pad within the BIOS settings.
