Question about Computers & Internet
Bluetooth is a piece of hardware that requires drivers to make it work. You have installed the drivers but where is the hardware? Your laptop does not seem to have a built in BT. Hence you need an external USB BT. There are lot of Chinese ones available, not more than an half an inch in length outside the USB port and do not require any drivers. Real plug and play stuff.
