May need to replace toilet flapper or entire flush valve. water is getting from the tank into the toilet which is causing this to happen.

Toilet backing up into yard

sounds to me like you have a major clog in the waste pipe leading to the town sewer. If you have access to the cleanout for this pipe you should snake out the line to clear the clog. If you cannot do this then Roto-Rooter can certainly help. You do not want waste water to keep entering your yard as Im sure you are aware of health issues involved. good luck

My toilet randomly will start filling into the overflow pipe as if we flushed. This goes on about every half an hour. Can you tell me if there is something I need to adjust. Thank you Lisa

Hi lisal1263...

Replace your "Flapper Valve (its the one the handle is attached to)...it is leaking and not repairable ,that is causing the tank to slowly drain, and refill every half hour.
Please take time to rate me

My toto toilet flushes and refills fine, but it just started making loud noises when refilling. The noise stops when the tank is full

Your fill valve is going bad it can be replace with a new fluidmaster instead of the Ultra-G you have in it its going bad they do over time you may want to check your house water pressure in case that may have been what broke it you don';t want to break a new one.

Handle is sticking in one toilet the other toilet makes a loud whisteling noise after flusing

The handle is probably worn out on the first toilet. The whistling on the other toilet is probably from a restriction in the fill valve, if you can live with whistling, it's not really a problem. If not, I recommend trying a different type of valve.

When the toilet is flushed, it is making a loud noise as the water refills. The noise terminates once the bowl is full. Is this air in the line? The water flow seems consistent and strong.

could be a little air could be slightly higher than normal water pressure where you live. i would just turn the shuttoff valve to half off and this should quiet it down for you. hope this helps:)

Sewer oder from toilet replaced wax ring dident

The wax ring would only help if the toilet wasn't sealed to the drain. Is the odor coming up through the toilet? If so then your water level must be low in the bowl, allowing the trap to be open to air. Make sure the little hose from the fill valve is dumping into the overflow. This helps make sure the toilet stays full, when refilling.

We just installed a new one piece toilet from Neptune. It makes a loud noise when you flush it and after the water fills up. In addition, if you flush another toilet or turn on the washing machine it also...

Hello. I doubt that the installer would not install it properly. That said, the issue you are having makes me wonder if your bath drain plumbing is properly vented to the outdoors through the roof. Joe

Slow drain of water from toilet tank!

Turn off the water when it is full and put a drop or two of food coloring in the tank. Sit back and watch and you'll find where the water is going and hopefully that will help you solve the problem. Could be any number of things

Super low water level in bowl decreases after flush refills

First, fyi, adjusting the knob? in the tank, or the fill level will not increase the amount of water in the bowl. The bowl fills to a certain point, and then as more water is added it starts to go over the built in trap, and down the drain. When you flush the toilet, all the water in the tank dumps into the bowl, and the existing water is pushed over the trap and down the drain. All of this being said it sounds like you may either have an internal crack, between the bowl and trap; you may have a crack that is draining under your toilet, (water spots?), or you have a more serious plumbing issue, improper venting, which is causing a vacuum, and pulling the water out. Hope this helps.
