How old is it ?

Well,
Try connecting it to your computer
Open My Computer and look for your mp3player's name/brand
If you cannot find the file try re-installing the software
If none of this works reply with more info

[it could be a battery or internal problem]

Good luck, please rate

Itouch displays "disable connect to iTunes" how can I restore it?

Restart iPod touch

To restart iPod touch, first turn iPod touch off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPod touch will turn off after a few moments.

Next, turn iPod touch on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Is iPod touch not responding? To reset iPod touch, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.

With my Missil GL 15058 BK, just hit the play button and it starts to play. You have to do this shortly after it initializes, if you wait too long it shuts down.

Hold power on for 30 seconds. Then release and push power up again. This will reset it.

I plugged in my i pod and came back a hour later and the screen was black and was frozen and none of the buttons would work

you will need to reset your ipod this will not delete songs. 1 Toggle the Hold switch on and off (slide it to HOLD and then back again).
2 Press and hold Menu and the Center button for at least 6 seconds, until the
Apple logo appears.
If iPod nano won’t turn on or respond
â Make sure the Hold switch isn’t set to HOLD.
â The iPod nano battery might need to be recharged. Connect iPod nano to your
computer or to an Apple USB Power Adapter and let the battery recharge. Look for
the lightning bolt icon on the iPod nano screen to verify that iPod nano is receiving
a charge.
To charge the battery, connect iPod nano to a USB 2.0 port on your computer.

Frozn on lock

1. Try to press the Reset button at the bottom of the mp3, it's on the back side. If that doesn't do it, then try step 2.

2. Let the battery drain out, eventually the mp3 will close automatically, then simply recharge and open.
