Duracell usb memory stick

Hello, I bought a 4G Duracell usb memory stick at BestBuy. When I was trying to copy files into it, there was a message out, saying 'unable to write protected'. How can I unlock this problem?

I have a 4GB usb memory stick and it says write protected when I try to add new files to it. I have checked in the properties section to look for anything to do with write protection and also there is no switch to move or push. The only thing that sticks out of the USB is an attachment for a keychain...I have even tried to push that to see if it would change anything...no luck. I went to the website that was printed on the package, but it is not up and running yet..Frustrating! Also, no instructions with it either!

Assuming you're using windows, open My Computer. There should be a drive labeled "removable drive". This is where your data is stored.

Can see pictures on camera and in file when connected to my macbook (running osx leopard), but cannot transfer 700 pictures from my camera to my macbook. i was in the process of transferring about 1200...

you just mite have no more room on your macbook. if you do then it also could be that the files are protected or cant be read by the system. try to open up the files on your memory stick and copy and past or drag and drop see if that dose any different effect.

Not able to copy movies on Sony 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo for PSP

Before you go throwing any old video file onto your PSP, make sure you have the following items:
  • The PSP. This is self-explanatory.
  • The .MP4 video files.
  • Video conversion software to convert non-MP4 files to MP4, the format the PSP reads.

Memory stick is only saving one photo rather than the file. What

Hello,
Make sure you are selecting all of the photos to copy over. This happens to me sometimes, and even though it seems like it should be copying them all, it only copies one.
Hope this helps!

Sd memory card

Yep, most older devices don't support SDHC in 4Gb or more. My camera didn't when I got my card, and I needed a firmware update for it.

As for your computer, if you're sticking it in a memory-card reader slot, it probably doesn't support it either! =-[

Your best (and cheapest) alternative is to buy a USB card reader that supports SDHC cards. I doubt you could get a firmware update for your existing card-reader, but it's certainly worth a try anyway!

The resolution is probably incorrect for the camera LCD. try changing their size to a standard size like 640x480 with a resize program.
