Get a linux liveCD, boot it up. back up all of you files on to another USB or Disk using the linux operating system.
Do a system recovery with a recover disk if you have one
Ask if you need more detail or don't know what I'm talking about.
if all of that fails you have a harddrive failure which can be recovered by a professional. OR you can go on youtube and look for "how to repair harddrives" and learn to DIY
