Im a Nutrition professor in a university. My advice to you is if you want to increase your body mass is that you start eating varieties of nutritious foods. Also, combine it with a lot of exercise to compensate with large amount of energy needs in return the nutrients that you intake will build muscles and tissues that definitely will increase your weight. If you want try 3 good meals per day or even if you want small meals but make frequent. Make sure the food you eat are nutritious.
