My dishes were always cloudy. The repair guy said I have to use Jet Dry. BUt it is the same. Finally over a year later, I open hte bottom, remove all the filter, and screen, and see alot of water sitting in there with alot of food particles.
I saw another situaion on the site similar and the solution was that the drain hose was backwashing, or the garbage disposal was pushing food into the dishwasher? How can we fix this?

use jet dry you have to with bosches
use less soap. To much and it will stick also don't use cheap stuff
preheat you water at the sink or else it can't get it to the 120 that it needs to be at
best thing you can do watersoftener and then us even less soap you have hard water
oh and don't prewash your dishes dishwashers now have sensers there has to be food in it.
Follow these steps you will be fine
modern day dishwasher use less water than the older ones so you have to use less soap a lot less only 2 tablespoons but you also have to use rinse aid with the very little soap the cloudy residue on the dishes is left over soap
Mkae sure you are running kitchen hot water faucet before starting dish washer. If not you are getting mostly a cold water wash thru out the cycle. Also make sure the jet dry dispenser is full. Always use the liquid jet dry as the small cubes you can get do not work nearly as well.
yes you need to get a good rinse agent like jet dry you need to use a ggood diswaher gel not powder and you need to buy a bottle of dishwaser cleaner add to an empty dishwasher and turn on closest hot water tap tto make sure water is hot going in to machine do this before you add jet dry to rinse dispenser i follow all instructions on bottle of cleaner it does a good job of cleaning all the **** that accumulates in bottom of dish washer works very good is around 8 bucks a bottle but well worth it
Make sure that the rinse-aid(jet dry) container is full. If it is full have you noticed if it's level has not dropped. It is possible that the rinse-aid dispenser is plugged. This will cause the dishes to be cloudy. You can also try running the dishwaher empty and add a cup of vinegar to the bottom before your start. There is also this stuff called "dishwasher magic" that you can try running in the dishwasher to clean it. Try using a soap with the rinse-aid in it or install a basket with a rinse-aid tablet and see if that helps clear up those cloudy dishes.
The problem is hard water and jet dry will not solve that. There is a new product out called The Dishwasher Filtration System. It filters the water going into your dishwasher leaving your dishes spot free with every load.It is very affordable and fits right under the sink. You will be amazed how sparkling your dishes look just after one load. You will love this product.Get it at www.dishwasherfilter.com.
Hi, Are you using Jet Dry Rinse Agent? It is very important to keep the washer supplied with this stuff. Otherwise, glassware will come out with a cloudy film and water spots. If you are using it, perhaps it is not being dispensed by the machine. I am having this trouble now, but my machine is about 10 years old, and has always turned out beautiful glassware unless it ran out of Jet Dry. Now, there seems to be a problem in my machine not dispensing it, and I was searching for a solution when I came across your posting. Baxterdog
This is a common problem. what you should do first is pick up some GLISTEN and run it through on a full wash with NO dishes. the use electasol POWDER detergent and turn your jet dry down to 1. that should fix your problem. hope this helped
