TI-84 Plus stopped functioning (by 2 users)

Whenever I turn on my TI-84 plus, it lags for a moment then shuts off.
I tried replacing my batteries several times so battery life isn't the issue here.

I have the same problem Post a new problem

remove all batteries including the back up and wait 10 minutes, then replace them
