It is either not threaded properly or bobbin not threaded properly. Also could be motor although the 4000 has a good motor.

My machine does not recognize my thumb drive with patterns. my friend's machine does not recognize it either

Some machines require the thumb drive to be initialized by the machine before loading. Or, the drive may be too large for the machine to handle. Check your manual.

Creda drier drum will not rotate when fully loaded

The belt could be worn or bad or the tension spring is to loose and not keeping enough tension on the belt. When loaded to max belt just slips and doesn't turn the drum.

STELL NEED HELP

Click on your White Program Icon on your Computer. At file ask it to load a file, make sure it searches the directory where your embroidery files are located, just click on each image and once it's loaded send it to the machine by clicking on the USB Icon in your tools bar. This will load the image into Navigator, you will have to repeat the steps for each image.
