Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Smart book loading os image

Is this when you start the computer up? It sounds like the OS may be corrupt. What Operating System are you using?
If you still have the CD for the operating system you can boot from it and perform a repair on the operating system. just be careful when you do this that you don't re-install the operating system itself or it may delete all your data on the computer.

Stuck at loading OS Image...

Your Factory Image OS is corrupted. What you need is an OS Disc to load the Windows again. You can get the Disc from your Computer manufacturer.

How to format windows vista os

The easy way is to do this via the vista os CD or an old xp one.

You will need to reboot your PC as it starts up look out for 'boot options' and select boot from your cd drive. If you do not get this option then please reboot again then go into boot options and select your CD rom or DVD rom to be your boot device.

For both options after making the change and your have your CD i, you will be given to option to press any key.

make sure you select to reinstall windows, at this point you will be be given the option to format your hard drive.

If you need more info or the PC is a laptop with out a CD Rom / DVD rom let me know and I will go over other ways to format your hard drive.

Viewsonic VE175b Monitor Powers Up Doesn't Display Windows OS

Hi; I had the same problem. I know that sometimes devices require you to perform some type of '10-30 second' "hold" of one or some of its buttons in order to 'reset' the device, so to speak. So, having said that, try this:

1) Turn your monitor off (no green light) but leave it plugged in.
2) Leave it off for about 10 seconds.
3) Hold the [2] button on your monitor (the one to the immediate LEFT of your monitor's POWER button).
4) While holding the [2] button, now press and HOLD your POWER button.
5) Wait for your image to appear and STAY onscreen for about 5 seconds, then release both buttons.
6) Your monitor should retain its onscreen image.

Hope this helps! Good Day to all!
