Question about HP Pavilion TX2000Z Notebook
Dismantle the motherboard, locate the nVidia chip, cover all surrounding area with heavy duty aluminum foil. Burn the chip with a small blow torch. Just circular motions and do not linger too long. Rationale is that the chip has detached due to the heat generated and you are now trying to reconnect it to the board. Hey, the set's already dead so no harm trying it, right? Sending it back to the brand reps will cost a bomb. In my recent 3 years of "burning" this chip, I must have rescued upwards of 120 laptops of various brands with similar faults with only 4% recurrence. Have fun trying to "raise" the dead.

If its working then check the battery, reseat the battery & check.
If available then check with another battery
If no, then remove the battery & switch on the PC in AC mode.
Check if battery charging indication or AC power on indication is glowing. if not then need to change ur motherboard.
If indication is OK, but could not power ON then check ur RAM for any loose connection or dust. clean & reinstall.
If still no display, connect an external monitor, check if display is comming.
If Display is coming then your LCD need to replace.
