To toggle between fractions and decimal you press [2nd][F<>D]

One can express percentages as fractions. Say you have 60% and you want to change this into a fraction. you can also express this as 60/100 because all percentages are are parts of 100. So to change a fraction into a percent you would just convert the fraction into a decimal by dividing (3/4 = .75). Then to get the percentage you just multiply the decimal by 100 to get the percent.
