Question about Sony KDF-E55A20 55 in. LCD Television
Replacing the lamp will solve the problem. To do this 1st make shure the tv is unpluged from the power surce then unscrew the two nubs on the buttom rear of the tv.One on the left and the other on the right.you dont need a screw
driver for this.(twist with your fingers to unscrew) then go to the front and pull the low silver panel out.Uncrew another short silver door and use the long allen key that came with the new bulb to open the bolt holding the bulb and gently pull out the lamp .Replace the lamp and close every thing back.
