Question about Astar LTV-32HBG 32 in. LCD Television
I has the same problem. The power switch on the back of the set fried. I ended up removing/bypassing it completely by disconnecting the 2 wires on it that came from the power plug and soldering them in place of where the switch was soldered to on the board. Before you do this check to see if there's a burnt/melted plastic smell at the switch. After I opened my set I could see that it was melted.
