Connection problem with my blackberry 7510

i would like to be helped to resolve the problem of the connection to the internet.i haven`t set up my TCP setting because of in my blackberry menu i didn`t see in the OPTIONS advanced options -TCP .i would like to connect to internet for FREE.COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME .thank you very much beforehand....
