Acer aspire one needs a printer it has no way of installing soft wear how do i go about this? what would be the best printer for this acer notrbook

The printer is probably a USB printer. You will need the printer's installation CD that came with the printer. If you don't have the CD, please let us know so we can get those for you.

If the printer is indeed a USB printer, you will need a "A-B USB cable" ($10 ~ 15 Best Buy, Fry's Electronics, Office Depot/MAX, etc.) ... (or $1.09 at a dollar store). A three or six foot cable will probably be long enough.

Install the CD software first, then connect the A-B USB cable to the laptop and the printer.

I think you have Realtek sound card. You can download the driver from the following link

The printer includes a software CD which installs the driver.

1. Connect the printer to your laptop.
2. Turn on the laptop and Insert the CD included.
3. Follow the on screen instructions.
4. Reboot.
