Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hi if you have sound then you may be lucky and may only need a new video lead, first off all i would switch it all off then remove all the leads from the console and also the back of the telly then refit them making sure they are in correctly.
now leave your xbox to cool down for at least an hour then give it a try you may find you will get the rrod problem due to over heating as it starts off with the problem you are getting now, make sure all the air vents are free from dust and make sure your not using the xbox on carpet as this will cause it to over heat.
try and borrow a friends video lead so you can find out if its the lead or the gpu chip inside your xbox, if the lead still dont work then this means your xbox's gpu chip has either got a bad solder joint or over heated and will need replacing, this is a common problem so you can have it repaired.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
