MY MOTHERBOARD WON'T BOOT ERROR BIOS IS NOT FULLY ACPI COMPLIANT

Run BIOS configuration...power on...then press the DEL to run BIOS setup configuration...if you cannot access this process. Your Motherboard BIOS IC is defective and need to replace it. But most of this kind of problem...technicians replace the whole MOTHERBOARD with new one.
So, I suggest you to replace the motherboard with new. Do not intent to replace the BIOS IC because it will not work...due to different programming language depending on the brand of BIOS. Because AWARD and PHOENIX has different configuration...

My bios is corrupted how can i solve the problem

You can remove the battery to clear the BIOS - read the information from this link.

Although the link is about removing the password, the same things need to be done to reset BIOS to factory default.

How do I find which bios update to install - (find which motherboard) without opening the pc?

You just need to go to the BIOS page itself and look for the BIOS version. The version that you need relies on the BIOS chip and not on the Motherboard itself. As you know, Different motherboards may have the same BIOS. The BIOS version is usually located on the summary page either on top or at the bottom of the page.

No update bios found for p4i45d bios 1.20

Why do you need a bios upgrade. Unless there is a specific problem you don't need to update the bios. Updating the bios and be very dangerous if you don't know much about computers. Also unless there is a specific problem with the motherboard they won't make any bios updates.

Bios update

If updates are available, you can always get them from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Why do you think you need an update? If something goes wrong like a power cut, or computer problem, your motherboard will be scrap. Doing bios updates is very risky and should only be undertaken if absolutely neccessary.

This motherboard has been working flawlessly for months. Suddenly all entries in device manager starting with "system management bus" have the yellow Bang! symbol. The all say they need the driver...

This motherboard may need to have the firmware in the bios re-flashed with the latest version.
All functions in the motherboard need the bios. If the bios is corrupted, you will have problems similar to what you have stated.
Look up the bios on the Internet for the version of motherboard and the bios.
Re-flashing with the wrong version will ruin the motherboard's bios. Be sure you have the correct version and re-flash the bios.
Then try the board.

I need a bios upgrade. I have a PT800DBP Motherboard Motherboard: CPU Type Intel Pentium 4A, 2833 MHz (7 x 405) Motherboard Name Unknown Motherboard Chipset VIA VT8763 Apollo PT800 System Memory 512 MB...

boot the pc from cold, note the long identifier number - it contains a 2 character identifier for the board manufacturer. For more info go to the Award bios website, it has a better explanation of this. From there you will be able to either download new BIOS from there, or the website of the vendor/manufacturer.
