first of all contact the better business bureau and make them aware and file a consumer complaint,next most problems on these are dust build-up on the coils and when they get wet the dust sticks to the coils insulating them so they can't perform,try cleaning them first as not to void the warranty,then if all else fails in your better business contact,have someone "certified " check the freon/refrigerant level most likely (R134a) especially if it gets cool and then cycles and warms and again cools and the evaporator coil freezes up,this is a sign of low refrigerant
