Hi this will depend on a few factors, first off why did it blow up? this sounds like you have the timing set wrong what seems to have happend is you have had a build up of fuel in one of the pots, and this in turn with the spark plug has ignighted the fuel blowing the governer, the best thing for you to do, is make sure 100% that the timing is correct and not 1 tooth out, just replace the broken parts on your engine, then try again, as i enphasize make sure timing is 100%...hope this helps
