I just received my c340 in the mail, and tried to install the Drivers. Im supposed to turn on the unit first, but it doesnt turn on. Im reading a lot of negative reviews on the FixYa Website. Does the unit usually arrive with a dead battery? Never used a GPS before, I hope I didnt waste money on this device.

charge it in your car for faster results. my issue was my pc did not have enough power to supply to the unit and wireless to update.

The battery usually has a small charge when arriving from the factory, but it can die before it is received. You should charge this by plugging it into the car or the computer.
