When I enter the log password 1020000 (we have 3 digit extensions) it states that it is invalid. I need to change passwords on my employees individual phones to access their voicemail. What should I do? Thanks!!!
By combining two of the previous post together, I was able to fix this problem. Press Feature 985. The display will read Set 235 or similar. Press 9 on the dialpad. Enter 73738767793 (stands for RESETPOSSWD). It will default to your previous password.My previous password was not 1021000 (or similar). I think if you were to do this more than once if necessary, it would eventually return you to the standard 1021000 (depending on your extensions. Cheers!

Dial feature 983 it will ask you for password then you put in the pass word. Which you put in and see if it works at this stept.
If does not work Enter Feature 985" on the phone then set XXXX ( something will appear) At this point hit 9 onthe phone , and then the password is? send me a personel email and I will send you the password. I think it is not good to post passwords.
