pto is on the tractor, not on the bush hog, if it won't engage you have pto problems on tractor, needs to be serviced

Hood fan vibrates very loud. if i put pressure on it..squeezing both sides...it quiets down. How can I resolve this issue

Remove screws holding fan and drop it down. Slide fan blade off shaft of motor and try cleaning it and look for distortion of blades from heat, plus check shaft for play back and forth. If shaft is sloppy, probably have worn bearings/bushings and should be replaced. Couple drops of oil around shaft may help temporarily.

I have a 97 wide glide with16,000 miles oil light stays on and a ticking noise started i shut off bike right away, could it be oil pump not working making lifters and cam to make a ticking noise?

doubt if it would be an oil pump
the copper shavings are more likely to be from rocker shaft /arm bushes
If the bushes have failed then there will be a reduction in oil pressure putting the light on
cam shaft bushes and big end bearing failure is normally a grey metallic in the oil
talk with an accredited shop for a proper diagnosis.

1995 Ford Econoline 150 with 302 engine. Oil pressure indicator starting dropping when idle speed went down, Had a new oil pump and sending unit replaced, still does the same thing. Has 190K on it, now as...

When you had the pump replaced did anyone look at the rod and main bearings? 99% of all low oil pressure problems I've seen has been directly related to bearing wear, not a bad oil pump.
Replacing the pump will give you slightly better pressure temporarily but that won't last very long.
Verify the actual oil pressure using an external mechanical gauge. If it's low (likely it is) go back into the oil pan and use plasti-gage on the bearings to measure clearances.
In reality though, in an engine with that many miles, it's best to either completely rebuild or replace it though.

Oil pressure good at startup, after driving 10 or 15 min it gose down and out when stop. but will go up when givin gas. dose not knock or tap.

Sounds like a worn engine.....the more clearance you have on the crank bearings....the more oil leaks out from them....lowering the pressure......but that doesn't mean you can't run it .
As long as you have some higher pressure when working the engine.....I wouldn't worry about it.
It is normal for the pressure to drop a little at slower engine speed when warmed up.
Why not put in a thicker oil.
Try a 20w40 or 20w50 or straight 40 if your weather is warm to increase warm/hot oil pressure.
