Question about Philips HDD065 MP3 Player

You will have to use MusicMatch to transfer files.
and heres some more stuff:
-firmware update, though you should check with them to see if it is required
If that didnt work you can always:
Plug in you mp3player,
Go into My Computer,
open 'Phillips' and go into music.
then open the file where you keep your songs
and drag them from Music to Phillips
