It helped by downloading Musicmatch but after a day Musicmatch said it was discontinued and it wouldn't work any more.

Hi it was version 9 that i downloaded. That's the right one for my mp3 player. After that stopped working i tried version 10 but it told me no more new customers were being accepted

You will have to use MusicMatch to transfer files.
and heres some more stuff:

-firmware update, though you should check with them to see if it is required
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/...t=Link_Software

-manual
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/...ink_UserManuals

If that didnt work you can always:

Plug in you mp3player,
Go into My Computer,
open 'Phillips' and go into music.
then open the file where you keep your songs
and drag them from Music to Phillips

Good luck, Please rate

Ok, what version of musicmatch did you install?, if its a new one; uninstall it and try version 9.

If its not version 9, look up the year of your mp3 player then also look up the music match version that goes with your mp3 player's year.

    Good luck.

Grrr, damn musicmatch, they're the worst lol

Did your try using Windows Media Player? [make sure its updated]

I would think WMP would work with Phillips.

    Your other option you be:

    Plug in you mp3player,
    Go into My Computer,
open 'Phillips' and go into music.
then open the file where you keep your songs
and drag them from Music to Phillips

Ok, so I looked up some reviews and most people use Windows Media Player, because it's easier and It ussually comes pre-installed with Xp.

I used WMP too for my RCA mp3 player and it works well.

I used to own MusicMatch, but it sucks for playing music and takes up a lot of memory and space.

Lost disc

You can download software from the manufacturer's web site at http://www.sansa.com

You don't really need any software. Simply connect the Sansa to your computer, then drag&drop music files into the folder titled "MUSIC".
