WizYou mean no sound comes out ?
First try some other headphones
and make sure your sound is up and mute is off.
if that doesnt work, see if there is something stuck in it.
if that didn't work its probabaly an internal problem and then your only options would be to get it serviced or bring it back.[hopefully you still have warranty]
