Question about Frigidaire Affinity ATF7000E Front Load Washer
Turn off your water connections remove the hoses at the washer connection and check for debris on the inlet screens of the water valve on the back of the unit. (You will must remove the hoses.) Use a small blade or scribe on the OUTSIDE edge of the screens to remove them. The wash them under running water rubbing gently with your fingers.
Reinstall the screens making sure they are seated and reconnect the hoses hot to hot cold to cold. water on..
If the screens are clean and you still have the problem it can be caused by low water pressure.
Worst case the water valve itself may have failed. Normally only one side of the valve will fail at a time either hot or cold.
