I have to print around 500 checks. I have already a sheet where I can write the name the amount and o code that I need for every check, but how can I do to avoid have to input one by one into the excel sheet.
I have the list with the 500 people in other excel sheet.
My sheet is a simple sheet where I can copy the name, the amount and the code and I have already set the print area and this print out have the format that I need .

Error code 5010 indicates carriage lift mechanism error. That means that the carriage did not move up or down properly. You need to replace PR lift shaft assy, Sheet feed unit, Logic board assy, Carriage lift sensor unit. Before replacement of the logic board assy, check the waste ink amount (by service test print or EEPROM information print). If the waste ink amount is 7% or more, also replace the ink absorber kit when replacing the logic board assy.
Error code 5010 indicates carriage lift mechanism error. That means that the carriage did not move up or down properly. You need to replace PR lift shaft ***'y (QL2-0936), Sheet feed unit (QM2-2916), Logic board ***'y (QM2-3078), Carriage lift sensor unit (QM2-3092). In brakets you have the part number for each one of them. Before replacement of the logic board ***'y, check the waste ink amount (by service test print or EEPROM information print). This is probably due to a defective cartridge, Charge Roller or Transfer roller.
Check the cartridge for a band of toner still on the drum.
Check the Charge roller for oil or smudges, this roller should be a lighter color and should be relatively free of toner or marks.
Same as the Transfer Roll, which will be dark, though excess toner should be evident.
A relatively smooth straight line is generally the cartridge.
A rather wavey or broken line is most likely the rollers.
You can however attempt to print a large amount of pages (25-50) in an attempt to clean the parts, however if either part is defective they will need to be replaced and no manner of printing will clean them.
Intuit programs are designed to print on pre-printed checks which already have that information on them, not to blank check stock. In the past, the routing number, account number and such were printed with a magnetic ink. This allowed the banks processing computers to read the information correctly for faster routing.
You could try cleaning the one on there, but all brothers similar to yours are plagued by this problem.
To clean it try:
SWITCH MACHINE ON WHILST HOLDING DOWN MENU/SET KEY, THIS PUTS MACHINE INTO FACTORY SETTINGS MODE. (MAINTENANCE WILL SHOW ON LCD) ENTER CODE:84 & WAIT WHILE MACHINE PERFORMS A FORCED CLEANING CYCLE. (cLEANING WILL SHOW ON DISPLAY) NOW ENTER CODE:09 & MACHINE WILL PRINT OUT ITS PRINT QUALITY CHECK SHEET. (IGNORE INSTRUCTIONS PRINTED ON CHECK SHEET) CHECK QUALITY & REPEAT BY USING CODE:84 IF NEEDED. (YOU MAY HAVE TO DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES BUT YOU SHOULD SEE A STEADY IMPROVEMENT WITH EACH CLEANING CYCLE)
WHEN FINISHED AND QUALITY IS GOOD, ENTER CODE:99 TO RETURN TO STANDARD MODE. PRESS MENU/SET 4, THEN MONO FAX START TO PRINT OUT PRINT QUALITY CHECK SHEET & FOLLOW ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS.
Very funny. There are a number of things you can try. Start by checking for very small debris in paper feeder area and inside unit, especially around printhead carriages. Clean your unit thoroughly, including rollers and run allignment checks. Also check all printer settings for normality. Only load small amounts of paper at one time as this helps to avoid pressure on feeder rollers, and may alleviate 2 sheet feeding.
