DISC RUNS INSTALATION THEN SAY CANT COMPLETE TRY AGAIN

if the CD with the instalation software is in good condition(no scratches etc...) and if it stops instalation for different reason, try to uninstall previous instalation and do it than.
Make sure that you are instaling it as an addministrator of that PC!

Check your USB cable works for data transfer, quite a few of them are "power only" nowadays.
Check the socket where the cable plugs on your phone is not damaged, the little plate inside may have become bent to the side or may be dirty.
I would guess the issue is going to be caused by one of the two above common problems, the drivers should automatically start being downloaded when you plug in so it seems the issue lays with the plugging in process.

Try to reinstall it. Go into Control Panel>System>Hardware and find the drive and uninstall the driver then reboot the computer. If that doesn't work it may need cleaning

You will need to reinstall system, if you can log in in safe mode check that your disk is not to full. If it is do a disk cleanup and defragment and try to get it to boot, you may have a virus as well.

Have you checked Logitech's website for the latest version, I am assuming you are trying to use one from disc, maybe they gave you the wrong disc? Worth a try anyway

Is the download complete? If it is complete, you can try installing the application again. If it doesn't, try to identify if you have any programs in your PC that is blocking the installation of any application. These are anti-spyware applications or personal firewalls.

Or simply try downloading the YM again and re-install..

nope..where did you get the acer from? Go there, and get a system recovery disk.

From the research I've done, it sounds like an issue with a (possibly corrupt) file in the video driver. Most people are recommending another video card be installed temporarily, to complete the windows installation. After that, you can uninstall the original video driver, shut down, then restart to have Windows reinstall the original video again.
