Hi,

Skype does not support multi-user log-in. You can only use Skype on one Windows account at a time.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I want to creat new skype id

I got your answer from: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA829/How-can-I-run-two-Skype-accounts-on-the-same-computer

In order to use more than one Skype account on the same computer at the same time you need to start a new instance of Skype:
  1. From the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run (or press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time)
  2. In the Run window, enter the following command (include the quotes) and press OK:
"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary

If you get any error messages, please copy and paste the exact command from this email and try again.

Please keep in mind that if you have changed the installation path for Skype then you need to enter the correct path for the Skype.exe file.

If this solution fails, you can try another option:
  1. Find the Skype executable file (Skype.exe) in: C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\
  2. Right click on it and choose: Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)
  3. Locate the shortcut on the desktop, then right-click on it and choose Properties
  4. In the Target field, add: /secondary. The Target field should now be: "C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary
  5. Click OK. You can now start a new instance of Skype every time you double-click on the new shortcut.
For Skype 3.8 and earlier Requirements: Windows XP, Two Skype User accounts

First, create a new Windows user by going to the Control Panel and clicking on User Accounts. Choose Create a new account and follow the steps to set permissions. We also suggest setting a password for the new user by clicking on the newly created user and choosing the Set Password option. The new user will also require admin rights on your PC.

Next, create a shortcut to Skype or make a copy of the shortcut that is already in the Start menu. Right-click this new shortcut and choose Properties. On the bottom of the first page there is a button labelled Advanced... . Click this button and select Run with different credentials. Select OK, and then select OK again to close the Properties dialog.

You're all set. Whenever you use this new shortcut it will ask for a Windows username and password. Enter the Skype Name and password of the user you created earlier by choosing The following user: option. Click OK and you'll have a second instance of Skype. It will require that you sign in with your Skype Name and password the first time.

To help automate the Run as trick you can create a second desktop icon for Skype and modify its properties. Click the Advanced button and check the box Run with different credentials. After clicking on the modified icon it will ask you to sign in as another user. Changing the icon graphic also helps ensure you click on the correct icon.

If you have multiple USB headsets or USB Phones you should be able to set up both instances of Skype to use a different sound device.

I am trying set up a new skype for children but it seems i cannot open as follow the password.

when you are setting up a skype account, an email account is required in setting up a skype account. when you want to set up another skype account, you will need a different email address in setting up a different skype account. after seeting up this new skype account, if you prefer using both skype accounts on the same computer, on the skype window during singing in, you will have to uncheck the box that says SIGN ME IN WHEN SKYPE STARTS. imput your usernames and password and sign in. I hope this solution is useful.

I want to open skype account, what is the complete solution for this?

you download the skype client, install, add credit if you wish to phone non skype users.
You will need to go settings on skype to set your default mic and speaker devices, I use a USB skype phone.
You may need to then go to your computers audio settings and change its default playback and record devices back, mine always change to the usb phone for my computer sound.
Skype is available here http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/home

Run through the Skype audio set up - you do not need to install Skype the first part of the instructions refer to setting your audio up from your desktop

After making your webcam mic default - Restart your computer before configuring the webcam to your chat program

Please help me

You need to check if the mic/s is working?
Are you certain the Logitech webcam has a built-in mic?
To check if the mic works go to Start - All programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Sound Recorder and test record your voice and play back to check, also try it with the laptop's built-in mic (if it has one) and the Logitech mic.
If both mics work then you have a choice of which one you can use in Skype, most likely the best one would be the Logitech one.

You need to configure your audio settings in Skype.
When you open Skype click on Tools - Options - Audio Settings and click on Select Microphone and select the microphone you are using and save the setting.

If you still have problems get back to me with all details and error messages.

No Audio

You can check all the Sound recording settings in Windows. Could be that the default device for recording is set to the sound card rather than the mic of the webcam. Check the Windows setting as well as the Skype input device settings.
