Question about Acer (56.04145.901) (5604145901) Power Supply
If this is a PC, I suspect that your power supply needs replacing. If this is a laptop, then it's likely that the DC jack has popped loose and is no longer soldered to the motherboard the way it should be. That's a pretty common issue with laptops - it has happened to me twice. If that's the case, then you'll need to send the laptop off for repair - it isn't the kind of thing you can fix easily yourself. There are several services that can repair your laptop DC jack for $99-$125 or so, plus shipping, including the manufacturer's authorized repair service. Another place you can try is dropping into any big-box electronic store, such as Best Buy, that offers repair services, they can diagnose the issue quickly and manage the repair for you. Hope this helps!
