Hi,

If the water is filling to the correct level inside the machine but the spray arms are NOT spraying the water around, then either the main wash impeller INSIDE the pump is weak and not creating enough pressure, and it then would need to be replaced,or maybe the holes in the spray arms are plugged with soap or debris.

If when you took everything apart, you found a lot of "caked white stuff" on everything, and I mean everything, chunks of it all over the place.....well that is soap...built up from using too much, every time and I have seen it plug dishwashers to the point that there is no return, and they need to be replaced, as the soap plugs the hoses, spray arms, and coats the tub and racks, and really messes up the pump, kind of like too much blockage in a heart, and it cannot push the water through the machine enough to wash anything.

If that is the case, then you may think about replacing the entire dishwasher, or with taking it all apart again and cleaning everything, really, really well with distilled white vinegar, you may be able to save it.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

HELLO THERE AND THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING FIXYA
E1 : washing machine has exceeded a check time for fill, heat or empty.

Common causes for this are fill and empty problems, heater fault (or the wiring
to it broken), water pump open circuit (although that would stop the water draining too) Pressure chamber blocked or pressure tubing pipe looped below the pressure bottle, or a sticking eco ball in the sump hose (sludge and grease build up) I WOULD FIRST CHECK THE PUMP AND SEE IF IT IS CLOGGED AND IF THE FILTER IS CLOGGED THEN CHECK OUT THE PRESSURE LINES THEY ARE LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE MACHINE AND BEHIND THE BACK PANEL
kEEP ME POSTED ON HOW THIS IS GOING OK SO I CAMN CONTINUE TO HELP YOU ON THIS UNTILL IT IS SOLVED

Not filling with enough water

If you remove the lid and looking at the front of the d/w take of the lefft side panel, at the right bottom on the side you should see a pressure chamber with some micro switches and a red lever. This is possible blocked along with the hose that is attached to it (to the right, behind the chamber) clear them both and retest with the side panel off to check for good flow and to make sure you have not created a leak.
Good luck

Many people blame the program timer for this but although it is a possible cause, there are many more likely causes for this fault. The program will stick if the heater isn't working, if the thermostat fails, if it can't fill up with cold water for the rinses, if it can't empty the water etc. There are too many possible causes of this fault to be able to give anything other than rudimentary advice. However, the common causes of a washing machine sticking that can easily be fixed are filling and emptying problems.
Check that the cold water supply is available to the washing machine, which is a common cause for sticking on rinses. If the washing machine appears to stop mid-cycle and isn't filling with water on rinses then see Washing machine won't fill with water (or no water goes into washing machine) before calling an engineer. If the washing machine can't drain the water out then it will stick on the rinses, or it will abort with an error code. If you can see water still inside the washing machine then check the following advice Washing machine won't empty water

DW fills and empties, but, in between the sprayer never comes on. There is absolutely no sound as the timer goes through the spray/wash cycle.

start the unit and open the door after abt 3 mins and look for water inside.if water is there and u dont hear water spray sound when running but only a low humming sound the motor is bad.if there is no water then chk for anything stuck under the water float.if that is ok then there is problem with fill valve.

does the timer advance the control knob? check to see that nothing is in the way of the center spray tower. does it sound like any water is spraying around inside?
