I have problems with my brand new laptop when I try to go to full screen in any player the screen show a black out, why???
I already installed the new drivers for my video card.Please help me
I had the same problem and the solution for my case is as the following:Push the right click on the screen and then choose settings. If on adobe flash displayer settings on display screen enable hardware acceleration is chosen change it.

Conflict of interest between the origional video card built in and the new one there should be bios setting at bootup to disable on board video card
when you installed your drivers it probably saw both videos sets and tried to give them both drivers
you also need to update your codecs in your comp these are video and audio codes for updated players
