Hi,
Do you get sound in AV input like connecting dvd player or any other video source?
What is model and brand of your tv?
Let me know to diagnose possible cause of problem.
Thanks.

OK, you have sound in dvd playback but no sound on cable channels.
what is connections setup of cable box with tv, is it hooked through caox wire, HDMI cable or some thing? This info will help to understand the situation.

Chevy trailblzr has about 150000 miles and just started to make a loud sound ch ch ch ch ch ch ch . Loud enough that passersby look. Went to mechanic who said it is just rus and that sound is metal and...

Metal and rust reacting??? I wouldn't let that guy work on a skate board!
If it is rust on the brake rotors causing the problem, then the rotors will probably need to be machined or replaced if it is making that much noise. They shouldn't be doing that regardless of how much rain we have - that would require a LOT of rust and it would need to be repaired! Also, are you sure it is not coming from something like a bad driveshaft U-joint or axle CV joint? If it is, it could leave you STRANDED when it comes apart. I would recommend taking it somewhere else and getting the noise properly diagnosed.

The The CH UP is for channel search going up and CH DN for channel search going down. The VOL- is to lower the sound while VOL+ is to increase the sound. V12 MRV-1507 or Xplod? Amplifier - XM-ZR1252 good quality sound

Alpine is just a better brand in general. I have the older MRV-1507, sounds GREAT, i have had friends who has had the Explode line, but it was always a temporary system until they got something better, like the alpine or kenwood.

Is there a memory card installed? If so, try removing it to see if the game will play without the card. You may have a corrupted save file for that game.
