Will not work (by 2 users)

i have had my 32 in hdtv lcd for about 6 months and we turned it off and when trying to turn it back on it's standby light (red light) comes on but can get power on it Green Light

one of the pcb boards has suffered a failure you need a service tech to determine what board has failed and what the cost is to replace it
