Have you recently replaced the colour PCU? It may not be seated properly, otherwise there is likely a problem with it, and it's not turning (ie: a broken gear). It could also be the PCU drive motor, or control board. Sounds like you may need a tech to get to the root cause unless you have a spare PCU to try?? This also explains the colour registration problem.

Please press Menu. Then scroll to Maintenance and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist Auto Adjust and then press Enter to Auto adjust. If after completing the procedure the error persists, please contact your service representative for support.

I beleave it is to perform the manual color registration adjustment.
Press Menu. Then scroll to Maintenance and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist Auto Adjust and then press Enter to Auto adjust.
But you may have to do this manully adjust all till get right,

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. make sure there is no other conflicting softwares in the pc specially recently downloaded programs. If so uninstall them too. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Now make a test to see if the PC commands the printer. If there is no response, check the head assembly/ ink carriage to be struck or out of alignment. Check for possible realignment of any of these mechanical problems., jammed roller or head drive
If the catridges were removed make sure they are in place . If you are removing them make sure that the printer is shut off .
If none work it can also be an error inthe main board. Need to swap one to confirm
