Maybe the driver installed is not compatible with the computer's operating system. I suggest you install the Windows 7 Lexmark X2500 driver from the Lexmark website. You may need to uninstall the existing driver before installing the new driver. To download: first, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to the Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties.
