Question about Printers & Copiers
I would check to see if this process is running mpservic.exe
To do this hit the control,alt,delete keys at the same time to bring up a list of options. Choose start task manager. Once the box for the task manager comes up you will see all the programs and processes that are running. If you do not use the task manager regularly do not be intimidated. Look through this list for the mpservic.exe If you do see it right click on it and end the process. Once that is done try again to uninstall the program.
